Your Legacy, Handled with Care
Estate planning is one of the greatest gifts you can give your loved ones and yourself. No one is promised tomorrow.....
The common thing we hear when someone speaks with us is "I know we need this done" and when it is complete, "I feel so much better". Our team approaches estate planning as an act of love and conscious leadership.
Through customized consultations, document preparation, successor education, and secure digital storage, we make it simple to ensure your wishes are honored and your family is protected from unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
Estate planning is not about predicting the future—it's about preparing for it with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
What makes us different... We are not a Law Firm...
Because protecting your legacy shouldn’t feel overwhelming or out of reach.
What is a Document Preparer?
At Peace of Mind Financial, we proudly partner with Premier Estate Planning. A trusted provider of customized estate plans and financial services for over 30 years nationwide. Their mission, much like ours, is to give clients true peace of mind through education, personalized planning, and approachable service. In Arizona, the Certified Legal Document Preparer Program was established by the Arizona Supreme Court on July 1, 2003. This program certifies non-attorney professionals who assist individuals and businesses in preparing legal documents when they are not represented by an attorney. Certified Legal Document Preparers (CLDPs) can provide general legal information, prepare documents, and guide clients through the process but they cannot offer legal advice. Why does this matter? It means you can receive the essential estate planning documents you need at a more affordable price, in a comfortable and friendly environment, without all the overwhelming legal jargon. What makes our partnership with Premier Estate Planning unique is that their team also includes an attorney with over 25 years of experience, ensuring every plan is prepared with the highest level of care and compliance. Premier’s Certification: AZCDLP #81648
What is Estate Planning?
When people hear the term “Estate Planning,” they often imagine something reserved for the wealthy. Names like Carnegie, Rockefeller, or Kennedy may come to mind. While that may have been true in the past, today estate planning is for everyone from age 18 to 99. At its core, estate planning is about control. Making sure your wishes are carried out under all circumstances. It’s about deciding, now, who will manage your affairs and make decisions on your behalf if you become incapacitated or when you pass away. Thanks to advances in medicine, many of us are more likely to face a period of incapacity before death. Without the right documents in place ahead of time, your family will be left scrambling, often working with attorneys and the court system to put urgent legal authority in place. That process is not only stressful, it’s also far more expensive. Estate planning ensures that your decisions are made by you - not by the courts, not by chance, and not left for your loved ones to struggle through during an already difficult time.

How does the process work?
At Peace of Mind Financial, our process begins with a complimentary consultation. No fees, no obligation. This is your time to get answers to your questions, explore what types of estate planning documents are available, and decide if we’re the right fit for you. We know these conversations can be deeply personal and sometimes emotional. That’s why we create a safe, judgment-free space where you can share your unique family dynamics openly. Your estate plan should reflect your wishes, not a cookie-cutter template. Our role is to listen, understand, and design a plan that truly works for your family’s needs. From start to finish, your experience is guided by our Peace of Mind 3-Step Guarantee: 1. Discovery Phase – We take the time to educate you on the essential documents, walk you through the process, and ensure every detail is accurate before signing. 2. Funding & Financial Review – We help you properly title assets, review strategies to protect your estate, and make sure your plan is fully implemented. 3. Family & Successor Education – We meet with your loved ones so they understand your plan and can step in confidently when the time comes. We handle every scenario with care and expertise. So when your plan is complete, you’ll have more than just documents. You’ll have the peace of mind that your wishes will be honored and your family will be protected.
